Poor Lydia is Sick again with a bad cold/croup!

Yesterday Lydia didn't want to NAP at all!! She wouldn't let me even set her down with out crying! It was a hard day yesterday but finally at 3pm she crashed and I put her in the bassinet and then about 3:30pm I heard her breathing threw the baby moniter and it didn't sound good! I ran in our room where she was grabbed her and called my mom since she's a nurse phew! We decided we better take her in to after hours and of course they couldn't get her in till 7pm and then we got a call back saying they don't see kids under 2 months old that we had to go to this other place! which we went and got right in!!! She sounded like she had croup! it was kinda scary! Michael came with me and we brought her to the doctors and of course when we got there she was breathing like she did. My mom said maybe cuz of the cold air helped her going to the car and to the office. The doctor said her ears look a little red inside them and she has ANOTHER bad cold/croup! He told us to turn on the shower to hot and let the bathroom steam up which I did when we got home before we went to bed! My mom got us another humidifier since the one we had wasn't doing anything! This one I could tell helped! We went over to my parents after the doctors for dinner and to pick up the new humidfier! I was nervous about letting her sleep in the bassinet I was of course thinking about the worse what if she stops breathing during the night and has trouble breathing and I am sleeping! We put her in the bassinet next to us! I wanted to put her in bed with us but then I didn't want to start having her sleep in our bed! She made it threw the night poor little girl, and even slept from 9pm-6am and of course I kept waking up and checking her :-) She sounds a little better this morning but not she's stuffed up! Michael is sick too with a bad cold too! I was too but just got over it! Michael brought this cold to us from his work! Another day of staying home :-) and trying to get my loves better!!!!!!

at her 4 month check up on March 2nd we can start feeding her rice cereal and baby food from the jar :-) the doctor told me at her 2 months check up! I figure I would just put her in it and let her get use to it and see how she does!

Went to the doctors this afternoon....... and has a sinus infection......lovely!

Well I finally gave in and went to Urgent Care! I HAVEN'T slept great the last week with the cold that I thought would go away! I couldn't take it another day/night so after church this afternoon I made an appointment and figure I better go in since it's not getting better! Glad I went in to get checked out, comes out I have a bad sinus infection! Lucky I am at 3rd trimester with my pregnancy so I could get an antibiotic and I started it after I was seen so I hope to see some improvement and hopefully be able to sleep! As of right now I want to be done being pregnant and want her HERE!!!!!!!!! I just want to be able to sleep threw the night without having to get up a zillion times to use the bathroom! and I want my body back HAHA! 2 months to go and she'll be here! I love being pregnant but being sick has made me want it to be over!! 10 weeks to go and I can do it!!!!!! Yes I am nervous but I know everything will be just fine! I am nervous about giving birth I don't know what to expect I guess and what is all going to happen I mean I know what will happen but I guess what I don't know I'll find out when the time comes!

I worked on her room a little more hanging up cloths! (I probably should have taken a nap but I just wanted to get it done of course) I think I am caught up now and her room is as done as I am going to get it till my baby showers in 2 weeks! I can't wait for them!

I just pray I get some sleep tonight!!! The last week has been horrible trying to sleep and get comfortable and plus having a cold and coughing my head off not fun!

That time of the season again being sick with a cold ugh!

Yesterday I was feeling miserable! I came done with a nasty cold and then of course it lead into my chest and got wheezy! I felt so bad for one it was Michael's birthday yesterday! and 2 I just couldn't stay up pass 8pm last night!!! I am feeling better today thankfully! I ended up getting up twice in the middle of the night and having to do my neb! The worse part is I can't really take anything for this cold I have gotten! Only claritin I am only taking if I have too! That's the bummer when your sick and pregnant you can't take much and feel useless and there is no point in going to the doctors since they can't really do anything the only thing that helps is SLEEP! Yesterday I slept at my parents house the whole time during my split shift! I didn't want to call into work and use my sick time since I have to save it! I suffer threw it last night and when it hit 6pm I was a happy girl to go home to see my husband on his birthday and give him his birthday presents from Zoey and I! I'll post pictures maybe tomorrow! We were going to go out for dinner but I wasn't feeling any good so we decided to stay home and poor Michael had to make us dinner! I felt so bad! We are going out Friday night for his birthday a little late but that's okay! We went out for dinner with his parents and my parents Sunday night for an early birthday celebration! That was fun! I am feeling better today sorta! well better then yesterday thank goodness! Just still stuffy and coughing a lot! Poor Lydia I hope she makes it threw it with all the coughing I am doing lol!

I called our church this morning and we are going to get started with the baptize class we have to take before we can get Lydia baptized we can either do the class Oct. 15th at 7pm or Nov. 12th at 10am! We are thinking about doing the OCt. 15th class Nov. 12th may be cutting it close to her due date and who knows I could be on bed rest by then too I hope not but never know!!!! Then she will be getting baptized during mass at our church on January 8th! I am so excited!!!! They only do the baptized like twice a year during mass and we are lucky we are able to get her during mass other wise we could do it after mass on a Sunday but I would rather just do it during mass and everyone can see her :-D

I am so excited for her to be here we are getting closer each day to seeing her and having her in ur arms! Can't believe we have our birthing classes in a month I remeber signing up for the class back in May and thinking it won't be here faste enough! I am excited to go and see the hospital and everything where we are having her! I hope it doesn't make Michael nervous! I know he already is about just the birth but excited for her to be here!!!!! He's going to be a great dad to Lydia :-) I am excited to see them bond together!

So sick of being is sick and having a stuffy nose!

My cold has linger on to my lung with isn't good with my Asthma!! My nose was running all day yesterday probably went threw 2 Kleenex boxes and by the end of the night my nose was so red from blowing I didn't know I could blow so much lol. I didn't wanna go into work last night but I had to I made it threw it and called in for this morning and have to go in this afternoon since 2 other people are going to be gone it would be all subs if I was gone and it wouldn't be good! I am going in and most likely calling in tomorrow! I got home from work and Michael had dinner all ready and we ate and I had put on fb I was sick and wished I could take something and a friend of mine who's pregnant now said I could take clarient and tylon so after dinner we went to Target and got them both and the Clarient helped I was so nervous taking something since I am pregnant and I know you can't take a lot of stuff! but I was better after hearing from someone else pregnant I was able to! Michael came with and we got home and I took some clarient and went to bed! about 1am I woke up and was having trouble breathing of course I started to freak out I did my peak flow and was only blowing 250 and on mine it's in the red! I called my mom she doesn't care what time of the night I call her thank goodness! I started crying probably scared her more 1st I'm calling at 1am and then crying LOL She told me to call the doctors and make an appointment for this morning! So I did! I am going in at 10:20am I have been doing my inhaler that seems to help a little! I am hoping it's okay to do a neb. I am going to ask the doctor. It should be pneumonia I had got the shot in Feb. when I last got it! It's just scary being sick when your pregnant and it's your first pregnancy I feel bad for the baby in my tummy and hope it's okay!!!!!!! Good thing I see my O.B. doctor in 2 weeks!!!!!!!! the worse of it is being so stuffy and can't breath out of my nose!!!!!!!!

Happy first day of June for me!!!! It may be a long summer with my asthma if it's going to be hot and humid that's what did it on Sunday when it was super hot and humid!! Good thing tomorrow I am 14 weeks!!!!!! Makes me feel good I have made it to 14 weeks tomorrow!!! Time is going by fast!

Zoey is 7 months! and I got sicker :-(

1st Happy 7 months old miss Zoey!!! Can't believe your 7 months old today!!! Michael said this morning your daddy's little angel!! Michael sure makes me laugh just the stuff he says to her even though his kidding and trying to make me laugh! If I could record it all I would but If I did he wouldn't say it! LOL

Your new thing Zoey is to go under our bed and hide! Michael likes to play with you and tries to catch you! You love it!!!! You will just lay under our bed for minutes it's funny!!! You must think your safe under your bed and no one can get you, little do you know your wrong missy!!!

2nd of all! I have gotten SICKER!!!!!!!! Since Tuesday morning! I ended up going to Urgent Care Tuesday night and the doctor was a goon who was the Urgent Care Doctor! She even looked like one lol She had red hair those big round glasses that were like sun glasses and she had a weird accent! Michael came with me and she came in and we both wanted to start laughing!!!! I just wasn't getting any better and decided to go in and get on something before I got worse since the Z-pack was done that I was on! Like I said before Monday I thought I was getting better but I started coughing and coughing my head off it was the worse! So the Doctor listen to my lungs and put me on Prednisone and gave me Codeine to take at night to sleep! So I took the Codeine

and went to bed at 8pm Tuesday night! I seriously got up every 4 hours from 8pm coughing my head off and doing my nebs. It was awful! I woke up Wednesday with a temp of 100.7 I have never had a temp in a very long time!!!! My body ached so bad and my chest hurt so bad from coughing all night it was horrible I started crying! I felt so icky. I called the Doctor to see if I should go in again because I was already in twice and didn't want to go in if I didn't have to I thought maybe I was having a allergic reaction to the prednisone or something! I literally didn't get out of bed all day yesterday I was too weak! I really got whammed good with what I got!

Zoey loved it she and I cuddled all day!!! I look so horrible there I have never felt that sick before! don't look at me lol

I called in to work today and feel a little better but now I have a nasty cold that came along! ugh!! I just checked my work e-mail and I guess there are no subs for tomorrow which means I have to go to work tomorrow I think I was going to stay home and rest all weekend and go back to work Monday but we'll see now! I don't want to get worse now I think I went back to work early last week when I was sick and got worse!

No fun being sick!! Found out I am sick with Pnemonia! Yuck!

I am still sick! I am getting sick of being sick! It's been 2 weeks today I started getting sick. It's starting drag on. Man! It's no fun being sick. I went to this morning to my regular doctor and she did 2 chest X-rays and I have Pneumonia. I have probably had pneumonia since Friday and the Urgent Care doctor was a weirdo and didn't say a whole lot. Which makes me mad. Which is also weird I haven't I also got my very own Nebulizer. So when I move out I will have my own. If I didn't have on Thursday night I would have had to go to the Hospital. Thank goodness I have one.

Needless to say after going to the doctor's this afternoon I wasn't able to go to work tonight. I am not going back to work till Monday Nov. 2nd. I am not looking forward being home from work and not being with the kids! I am already thinking what on earth am I going to be doing? Well I know........ doing my neb every 4 hours and taking my medicine I got today 4x a day.
I wasn't planning on dressing up for Halloween this year but looks like I get to go this year for Halloween as a sick girl with Pneumonia lol Well I guess I will be catching up on my sleeping not being able to go to work.

I called my work boss and said I went to the doctor this morning and have pneumonia. I guess we have a few staff out sick. This hasn't been a great year with my health. I told Michael I was sick with pneumonia and he goes we better get you in a assisting living home! As a joke! His friend at work love teasing me! I'm use to it now. I just ignore it half the time lol.

Michael had found out what was going wrong with his engine. Well he didn't but the guy working on it found the problem. It's not good. I guess. He went down to the shop tonight to talk to the guy and try to fix it. He just hasn't had a ton of luck building this car! I hope it gets fixed and it can sale s we can start looking for a house!

I should go back to resting and do a neb. I hope this is the end of being sick and I stay healthy after this. It's no fun! especially having a cold drag on for 2 weeks!

My Endoscopy this afternoon.

I had my Endoscopy this afternoon! I babysat last night and got home at 10pm and my mom and I were talking and she goes you can't eat after 12am. I said oh CRAP!! So I made some instant oatmeal and that hold me down til I woked up this morning. It was so hard not to eat anything today! I could have clear liquids up until 9am this morning. I brought 2 16 ounces of bottle water to work this morning. I drank both of them! Let me tell you I was peeing none stop after drinking them lol.

I came home from my morning shift and I went and took a nap for 2 hours or so. I was dreaming I was having McDonald's and ice cream I woked up I thought oh man I can't eat !!! I was mad! I was so hungry and thirsty! We left to the clinic at 12:40pm, my mom took me since I needed a driver. I was so nervous when we got there. I checked in and waited in the waiting room nervously. The lady called my name and I went back and she took my blood pressure it was 127/70 I think I was so nervous lol. The lady said you must be happy and I said no nervous. She had to start and I.V. in me. which was again nerve racking. She got it in my hand but took a while. I had to put a gown on and got to keep my pants on thank god.

The nurse came and got me to go in the room where they did the procedure. It was so scary. They put some medicine in my I.V. that made me in la la land. The doctor came in and sprayed some nasty stuff in my mouth that made it numb and had a icky taste. He put the scope down my throat and I kept gaging. Thank goodness it only took less then 5 mins.

The nurse wheeled me out in to the recovery room and I started crying when my mom came in the room. I was scared. The nurse gave me a cup of apple juice! Felt good to have a drink. My neck started turning red and all blotchy and started to feel itchy. They had to give me bendadrill in in my I.V.

The good news is he didn't see anything and that it's probably has something to do with my myofacial and my muscles are tight in my chest and causing me to cough off phelm, and gage on some of the foods I eat. Which is all from my car accident I was in 3 years ago. What a mess!!

After the procedure they brought me in the recovery room and finally got something to drink. My favorite Apple Juice :-D

So glad it's all over! Now I'm going to go lay down and take another little nap. Before Michael comes over. He is getting his engine to his car tonight! It's getting closer to being done! :-D I went 15 hours with not eating and 5 hours of nothing to drink! ICK! I hope I never have to do it again. It was so hard! I'm excited to eat some good food tonight for dinner!
