More Snow!! Yep!!!! It's Snowing Again!!!!!

Happy Monday!!! And HAppy Snow day AGAIN in MN! Yes it's snowing AGAIN and I write! Ugh like we need more SNOW!!! I have been so lucky with the other snow falls we have gotten that I was either at home before it snowed or it was the weekend! Now I am dreading the drive home tonight in it! We are suppose to be getting 6-8 inches! I should have took my hubby's truck to work this morning! I hate driving in the snow, I have been hit twice in the last 4 years I don't need another accident! So when it snows I'm in our house and don't go out unless I have TOO! I'm sure we'll have late parents pick up tonight and I can't really charge them with the snow LOL I told Michael well don't' plan on having dinner with me tonight and I'll be home by 8pm with the snow!!!! He said sounds good drive safe and I love you! :-)

Emily is suppose to be coming home tonight! She supposedly late we heard made it to the Ireland air port and had a lay over in New York City I have a feeling she may either get stuck there in New York or be late coming home tonight!!! I sure would love to be stuck in New York! I yet want to go there one day or year!!! I can't wait to see her!!!!!!

I slept HORRIBLE last night I was up every 2 hours, the first time was 10pm to get a drink and I guess Zoey was sleeping with us and I put her in the kennel and I went out in the living room and Michael had left the heater on in the entry way so good thing I went out i turned that off too. then it was 12am had to go to the bathroom and get another drink, and when I went back in bed Michael was laughing in his sleep and said the pipes looks good there on the ceiling I asked him this morning about it and started laughing and he doesn't remember it! oh my silly hubby! Of course I played along with him for a few seconds lol then it was 2am to get another drink! and then Zoey started crying in her kennel probably at 4:30am and I told her to stop it and ignored her and she finally stopped and yep my alarm went off at 4:50am! That was just a practice for when we have a baby for me i guess that was god's way of showing us what it will be like! LOL and I was VERY Thirsty last night too!!!!! I don't think I have been that thirsty before! I hope I sleep better tonight that's for sure!!!!!

I am supoose to go have lunch with Grandma today, but I'm not sure if I want to go drive in this snow! I may have to go another day! We'll see what it looks like as the time gets closer!

Well today is the last day of Fall, even though it already seems like it's WINTER! Tomorrow is officially Winter and the shortest day of the year and then we start to gain a few minutes each day after that yay!!!!!!! I love that we will get gaining some daylight now till spring!!!!!!!

Breaking news this morning on our local news channel! The Metro Dom where the Vikings play the roof caved in from all the snow and got too heavy for the roof!!! Crazy! There was suppose to be a game this afternoon but it got canceled since the team wasn't able to make it here and it was rescheduled for tomorrow night and now it got canceled! We just got told both teams are flying to Detroit Michigan field to play tomorrow night! Bummer for anyone who had tickets I sure hope they get their money back! I know one of my blogger friends was suppose to go to the game with her husband! I think it's time for a new dome anyways! HEHE

Can you believe the snow we got about 2 feet!!!!!! Now that's a lot of snow and a very long winter before it all melts away!!! I'm just glad we weren't flying anywhere because they canceled over 300 flights yesterday!Pretty much everything in MN was closed yesterday due to the blizzard we got slammed with!!! Now it's FREEZING COLD!!!! it's like so cold out -1 degree with the windshield of -25 !!

Last night after tiling Michael decided he better go plow our drive way!

He put his truck under the port not sure why he didn't put it in the garage like I did with my car!

Sunday morning Just can't believe the snow! Haven't even tried to out in my car in it!!! Michael left a few minutes ago to go to a friends house to bring a snow blower to his house is his had broke.

What a great hubby plowing the drive way in the chilly cold day!

I felt bad that he had to be out in the freezing cold weather I made him so hot chocolate when he came in and breakfast!

Snowed in our house part 2

I am bored! It's no fun being snowed in our house that's for sure! Michael is keeping busy tiling the entry way! he's more then half way done :-) he's doing a great job and looks GREAT!! We are getting sooooooooooo much snow it's CRAZY!!!!!!! Maybe we'll have a snow day on MONDAY from work :-) oh that' would be nice!!!! I'm so glad I don't have to drive in this nasty snow blizzard!!!! I don't dare try to either!

here's our deck at 1pm today! Now there's more snow! my bet by tomorrow it will be to the top of the deck! we'll see it's still snowing like a mad dog!!!!!!!! I can't get over how much we are getting!!!!!!! I haven't gone outside to take pictures just out the door or window it's way too chilly out!!!!!

I opened the door for a minute for a picture of the deck and guess who was by my feet! Zoey! of course!!! She's always by me!!!!!! :-)

Thinking about stepping out for a minute! came back in a second after she went out lol I don't blame her!

snow blizzard and snowed in :-)

It's official! We are getting the worse snow storm/ blizzard since 1991 I think!!!!!! It's really happening!!!!! I wish it was a week day and we'd have a snow day at work!!!!!! and no school for the kiddies! I'm glad it's happening on the weekend though! We aren't going anywhere today! Stuck at home :-) We got up at 7am call us CRAZY i know!!!!!! We didn't get out of bed till 8:30am though I fall asleep on the couch last night at 9pm watching the news and Michael came out to get me at 9:30am and I don't even remember that lol I must have been really tired!!! I tell you by Friday night i'm so tired after a week of getting up at 5am and not going to bed till 8;30pm. Zoey managed to sleep with us again! I think her new bed is our bed. She does really good actually! Hopefully she'll sleep in her kennel come March when she is at my in-laws for a week.

I parked my car in the garage my husband said no at first but I did anyways he wanted me to park it in the pull barn I said no way!!!!!!!! Then get snowed into that!

Zoey watching Michael tile the entry way and barking lol my hubby cutting the tile! He started last night he was too excited! he's back at working on it now! Should be a fun day snowed in :-) I'm watching this show on Animal planet it's called it's me or the dog, it's like the show super nanny but with dogs it's actually kinda good. I hope there are some good shows on tv today! I may be buying a movie off of comcast :-)

I am doing the wash now and then get to put our cloths away! Seems like the weekends are here and it's already that time of the week to do our wash! :-) Never ending and when we add a 3rd member to our family one day it will definitely be never ending :-)

I feel bad for whoever is getting married today! A day they will never forget just like our wedding day with the big torando storm we got.

there was a house fire by my parents house yesterday afternoon it was on the news, it was like a mile away from their house! it was so sad my sister and I went to drive by it and the house was gone!!!!!!!!! I couldn't imgaine our house on fire and losing everything!!!!!!!!!!

24 + hours of no power at our house this weekend it was one long weekend and cold weekend at our house!!!

So the story goes like this! Michael went into work Saturday morning I got up at 8am and the clocks were flashing so the lights had gone off somewhere between 6am and 8am and then The went off AGAIN at 11am by that time Michael was home and his friend had came over to help to put in a door with Michael! The lights were off from 11am Saturday till 3pm Sunday afternoon! Let me tell it was not fun!!!!!! We put up our Christmas tree! I was so bored!!!! Our house was so cold by bed time! We went to bed at 8am Saturday night there was nothing to do! We got like 12+ hours of sleep! We were up by 8am this morning and our house was 52 degrees I was so cold! Zoey slept with us last night to stay warm! She was too hot I guess and took her sweater off LOL I woke up and it was off! I laughed! Michael and I left this morning to go get some breakfast I felt so bad leaving Zoey at home. But we were so hungry!!! We went to the The Keys for Breakfast! It was alright! We came home and got Zoey and we went over to our friends house so I could take a shower and we could get out of our house till the lights would come on! They finally came on at 3:30pm :-D I was so excited!!!! We watched the movie The Grown Ups it was soooo funny I loved the movie!!!!!!!!
